How to Sign Up for a Tour, send a Deposit:

All Deposits of $100 per person, per tour are due when you book.

Deposits can be paid by Zelle to Gonzalo Tours at 602-695-5336. In the reason portion, please indicate your name and tour choice. You can also mail a check payable to Gonzalo Tours to 8132 N 56th Ave, Glendale, AZ. 85302

Once you pay the deposit, fill out the registration form located on this page. Neither deposit or registration form confirms the trip is a go or that you are on the trip until Gonzalo Tours confirms.

Please do not make flight reservations or any travel plans until we contact you. A tour must have a minimum of 30 clients for Gonzalo Tours to finalize all details. If a tour does not meet the minimum requirements of 30 clients, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

For all tours, cancellation insurance is mandatory. Gonzalo Tours does sell through Allianz and will provide a discount on your final tour payment. If you have cancellation insurance, we will need a copy of your policy prior to your tour.
Price Increase
It has always been our intent at Gonzalo Tours to provide low prices and quality trips. When we began this journey it was designed for teachers and friends. We still strive to provide quality trips but we have had to increase prices, due to:

Inflation (hotels, buses, guide prices have increased)

Tariffs and other policies have made the American dollar less strong.

Example last year the exchange rate was $1.04 for a euro and now the rate is $1.16 for the euro, this increases prices

This is beyond our control and we wish it were different..
Gonzalo Tours Cancellation Policy
120-60 days prior to commencement of services: 100% Refund
59-30 prior to commencement of services: 90% Refund
29-16 days prior to commencement of services: 40% Refund
15-0 days prior to commencement of services: 0% Refund
*Gonzalo Tours offers travel insurance through Allianz.
